Sorry Kate but this comment struck me as ironic, as listed traits of "Indigos" are supposed to be the 'system' breakers for the crystals to repair or re new the systems to one that does work in the changing times we are now in.
Another comment you made in the post I copied this from was in relation to the "take away" mentality, to me it is more of a disposable mentality on a global scale and the children who are being raised on 'take away' are being raised by "ignorance" if you ask me.
To me I am the last of the "lucky generation" I am at the tail end of the baby boomers, I am a mother who has struggled to instill "Family Values" in my children in a society that seems to value the almighty $ instead of the fact we are here to learn and grow, we seem hell bent on instiling the values of domination and conformity, not very Indigo from my view point.
I have always been labelled a "rebel without a cause", from my view point I am not a rebel I am "curious" as to the "logic", "rationale" and above all else the "Human Nature" as to me from my view point the human's that are here currently are anything but natural - look at the state of the world as it is now some legacy we are leaving for our children.
To me it is all about the responsibility of acknowledgement, the children are a product of our society as we all are, however the state of the dis harmony must be a large indicator of the fact that the parents are going wrong in raising the children, the children are here to help us learn, however the old view point of "Respect your Elders" seems to be only in acknowledging that in times past wisdom was gained with growing and learning, now it seems the human "RACE" has forgotten we are in fact a species and the finish line in life is actually "DEATH" from where I see, why race to get there?
Now when I say the parents are going wrong I am not blaming parents I am now aware the rapid change in society is the main problem. As a parent I see my job as educating my children to be a productive, functional member of society. However with all the changes and the speed of them, I like many others struggle to keep up with the changes and find the unpredictable nature of the changes the main issue. How can I adequately prepare my children to be productive, functional members of a society that is so hell bent on the "race" that the start and finish lines are so blurred and obscured that it is seemingly impossible to prepare ourselves for what is to come next, how are we to prepare our children for the "future" when it is approaching a turning point?
I do not expect anybody to have the answers to my questions however if you do please share them with me. To me the problems we are encountering now are not going to go away until society as a whole 'takes a step back' and realises we are so caught up in the "RACE" we are actually now endangering our own "SPECIES" as we are destroying the environment while increasing the economy. I ask in general what good is all the money in world when we have successfully destroyed or made the world unihabitable by our own species?
Again Kate I apologise if using your words on another topic to go off on this tangent offends you in any way, however it did spark the seeming need in me to get this out in the public domain, as I have said this is my viewpoint and my opinion, not anything I can provide concrete evidence of, just the way I see it. _________________ Love, Light & Blessings

Indigo? Me?
To remodel an outmoded system, to me, suggests an existing system, up and running that would remain up and running, supporting those that rely on it while it evolves, in order to somewhat minimise impact on the innocent.
